This is the ONLY way I can explain what is going on in Tegot.....
It wold be easy to tell you that there are NUMBERS coming to receive Christ with hungry, open, and willing for Life hearts. I could repeat the numbers each day. It would be easy to...
but I don't want to focus on the numbers.
I want to focus on the names that are now written in the Book of Life.
I want to focus on the discipleship that will be happening.
I want to focus on Jesus.
As I was driving back from getting our van fixed at our house (by Richard from Masaka, not only the BEST mechanic in the whole of Uganda, but the nicest, most honest, helpful,kindest, sincere man I have met in Uganda...I just wanna text him and ask "Do you know Jesus?" Boy, I sure hope he does....)and as I was turning left from the main road, I realized how much that long strip from the main road to the village of Tegot seems to make me sigh a HUGE sigh of relief, warms my heart and forces me to smile and greet everyone I pass on the road. That in itself is a good reason to dedicate the rest of my life here....
This road is my calling....I think I am going to call it the Road to Romans....I felt God telling me that road was the road, the villages and the people He is calling and drawing to Himself....
and He wans me to share with them His love.
