Smooth ride

Oh my does the van drive WONDERFULLY!! I feel like I am coasting on air....amazing. Wow.
Thank you Chipper and Richard for being the BEST mechanic team EVER!!!

Today was such an off day...from no power, to being late, to getting sponsor cards made, to a HUGE wall in our gate (well lack of wall would be better to put it), to our key to the front door getting stuck (who knew cooking oil would be so super fab?!), to delicious pizza, to almost staying at a hotel (no way for 120,000 shillings!), to almost staying at friends', to almost just losing it and crying....I have to say today was a day in desperate need of....... drum roll.............

Chilli Dark Chocolate.

The most amazing stuff ever.

But what made me super uber happy was to see my family and friend on skype for like 2.3 minutes. Even though we didn't talk much, I at least got to see them all. Man, oh man, do I love them!!!!!! I can't wait to see them all...

And here is the big kicker....
I took another meflaquin tonight. I just don't want malaria and need it to disappear for good.

As for ministry, today was the first day "back" for me. I missed the kids. We are dealing with some parents who are abusing their children physically fully knowing what they are doing. It makes me very mad. People don't see children as precious people....and it just makes me mad.
Please pray for these kids...

Also, please pray how we can best help some mom's who are desperately in need.

Lastly, in part, I can braid my own hair.

For real last, my roommate Ashley, is truly one of the most remarkable people and I truly appreciate her as my friend, sister and co-worker for the LORD. Between her Golden Oreo's, ice cream, passion for sharing the Gospel and knowledge in theology, it is such an amazing blessing to have her here. Someone want to support her to stay for two years? I mean, only until fall of 2011? ;)
