I don't have children, but I am sure heck proud of the people in my life - both near and far.
I remember asking God to show me His glory...I just wanted to see Him...I now thank Him for showing it to me all the time...
Mama Ocira, Lilly, is doing so much better....her appetite has grown!!! She ran out of food...haha. She laughes. She hugs. She smiles. She really is beautiful....keep on praying for healing...her kids miss her.
An old teen of mine from the Y, Chelsey, is looking into serving in Tanzania....Uganda is better....but Taz will do for now. :) Pray for her preparation and ways to get here.
Jennifer shared some mushroooms she found on an ant hill back in her fields. We walked there and picked them...still amazes me how we JUST talked about her not having anything and what does she do? Shares with us even though she is more in need than we are....oh how generous the people of Tegot are.
Godfred is growing in his walk with the LORD. He is starving for fellowship and growth in the LORD....
I saw him walking in white in a bright light with children and youth following him; he was smiling, leading them...
I called an impromptu meeting with the staff. We met at the church we serve lunch from. I had some things burdening my heart. I prayed thoroughly, yet still not enough, on the receptiveness of it. God's hand was totally on it. Hearts were moved...compassion was nurtured...love was evident. PG :)
We closed in prayer for the people of Tegot, Uganda, safety, peace and love to run rampant in the land.
Teachers can either break or make a child...pray for the teachers of Tegot to be focused on the best for the children...not on plans or directives of syllabus....but the best so our children can grow up to be leaders....
Passport is still not done...pray it is processed on Monday....
Been extremely productive. From cleaning and organizing the house to going to the market to prayer time....God is good.
I like the main market. People are definitely nicer when you speak their language. Didn't get cheated once. Totally made some relationships. Some even went out of their way to help me more. Lubang omiti gum - God bless you....came out a lot and created instant bonds. I felt the Holy Spirit leading me to certain stations....and all were fruitful. When it wasn't someone I was supposed to be talk to, I thanked them and moved on....totally neat to be led by Him in shopping. :)
Dinner tonight was great - we had two missionary families over for fellowship.
Good day..tired....
It is all about You, Jesus. All of this is for You....
